Cancellations / Refunds / Returns

If an order has arrived in a non-respectable condition due to the delivery company used, please send us photographic evidence of damaged upon immediate receipt of damage goods, so we can review refund or replacement accordingly.

Any returns, postage is not covered unless we state otherwise, which will be reviewed on an individual basis.

 

We hold the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of so refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

You have 2 workings days within payments received to notify us of an order cancellation. After this 2 working day cancellation notice period, Unfortunately items are non-cancellable and non-refundable: Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie..: outside of standard customisation options offered by the seller to all customers), is personalised or otherwise cannot be resold due to a bespoke element. To avoid disappointment, please check any information before ordering.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

Gift Vouchers
Conditions of use:

1. Vouchers can only be exchanged at The Pen Buddy Website or Facebook page.
2. Vouchers can only be exchanged for goods. Postage is Payable.
3. Vouchers can only be exchanged for goods of equal value, or as part payment for goods of a higher value than it’s face value.  Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. The Pen Buddy and all of its subsidiaries and associated companies, shall not be liable in the event of any vouchers being lost, damaged or stolen.
5. Vouchers are valid for 12 months only from date of Purchase. Vouchers need to be used within this time. Vouchers are Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
